Payments may be made by cheque or cash or postal order

Final Payment
The balance of the booking will be due one month before commencement of the holiday.

If the booking is made less than a month prior to the start of the holiday the whole amount will be due at the time of booking.

Cancellation
If it is necessary to cancel your holiday the deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made less than a month prior to start of the holiday. Cancellations must be notified in writing

We ask guests:
To pay for any losses or damages to the property (reasonable wear and tear excluded) unless the cost of making good such damage or loss can be reasonably and fully recovered by our insurance.

To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the stay.

To permit us reasonable access to the property (eg for mowing the lawn)

Not to cause annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of nearby premises.
